Hypnosis is a pleasant state of relaxation which an individual allows themselves to enter, This allows sugestions to be made directly to the part of the mind called the subconscious. Under Hypnosis, the consious part of the brain is temporarily bypassed, making the subconscious mind, or the back of the mind during the trance state (which influences all our mental and physical functions ) open to sugestion.

Durring  trance it is possible to create change for a specific perpose, for example maximising a persons potential and changing or removing old limiting beliefs or behavior.

All hypnotic states are different, as are each person's susceptibility and experiences of trance. They may enter light, medium or deep state of trance. Breathing and heartbeat  begin to slow down and the body gradually relaxes. Trance is like day dreaming , being absorbed in a good book, watching television or even traveling in a car and arriving at your destination without remembering your journey.

All trance states are safe and are a natural part of life.
